Pendampingan Penataan Sistem Administrasi dan Digitalisasi pada UMKM Percetakan Foto “Indah Photo” Di Groyok Lamongan

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the implementation of administrative and digitalization systems at the "Indah Photo" photo printing MSME in Lamongan and its impact on work effectiveness and customer satisfaction. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques conducted during the Field Work Practice (PKL) in July 2025. The results indicate that digitalization has been implemented through the use of computers, graphic design applications such as CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop, and electronic data storage. The implementation of digital systems has been proven to increase operational efficiency by up to 40 percent and reduce administrative errors by 30 percent compared to manual systems. However, obstacles remain, such as limited human resource capabilities and suboptimal digital infrastructure. These findings emphasize the importance of digital transformation in increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of micro-enterprises in the technological era. This research is expected to serve as a reference for MSMEs in developing effective and targeted digitalization strategies.
