Abstract

Inflation is a phenomenon of the economy that greatly affects its stability and has an impact on the welfare of society. In the perspective of Islamic economics, inflation is related to social and moral justice, the cause of inflation is influenced by the practice of usury and injustice in the distribution of wealth. By using a qualitative approach, this study collects data with existing literature. Shows the results of several factors causing inflation in Islamic economics, solutions to overcome inflation in Islamic economics. This study reveals that the policy of handling inflation in Islamic economics encourages the application of sharia principles as a solution to maintain economic stability. These findings indicate that the Islamic economic approach offers a more holistic solution, emphasizing social and moral aspects, which can provide long-term welfare for society.
